About Josh, I started my fitness journey in September 2012 and was immediately hooked. At the time I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was drawn to the intensity and variety offered and that each class was coach instructed so I didn't have to think about coming up with my own workout out or motivation like at a typical fitness center. After about 4 months I started paying more attention to my nutrition. I ended up losing over 40 pounds (sometimes it's 50). I couldn't do one pull-up when I started. While I have developed many skills since I started, I love that there is constant room for improvement and many skills that I have yet to tackle. I love coaching our amazing members and seeing the development of people of all ages and levels of fitness.
